You can upload your driver's license and ID/passport through our platform after booking or via WhatsApp to our customer service number.
2. **What is the minimum age requirement to rent a car?**
The minimum age is 18, and you need a minimum of 3+ years of driving experience to proceed without providing a guarantee.
3. **Are there any additional fees or charges apart from the rental cost?**
All additional fees will be transparently listed in the "extras" section, allowing you to select the services you need.
4. **What kind of insurance is included with the rental?**
All cars come with TPL (Third Party Liability) insurance. Additional options for half or full cover are available for cars under 10 years old.
5. **Can I pick up and drop off the car at different locations?**
We offer the option for pick-up and drop-off at different locations, though an extra fee applies based on the distance from the dispatch location.
6. **Is there a mileage limit?**
Most of our fleet has no mileage limit. However, if applicable, there's a limit of 300km per day, with an excess charge of 0.20 euros per km thereafter.
7. **What happens if the car breaks down?**
In case of a breakdown, contact our customer service or the person who delivered the car to you.
8. **Are there any specific requirements for fueling the car before returning it?**
You can choose between "full to full" or "same to same" fuel options, ensuring clarity to avoid misunderstandings.
9. **Can I add an additional driver? Is there an extra cost?**
Additional drivers can be added. Any associated costs will be detailed in the "extra cost" section, varying based on the car type or category.
10. **What is the cancellation policy?**
From May to October, free cancellation is possible three weeks in advance. Otherwise, a cancellation within 10 days of the reservation (outside May to October) will result in a loss of the 10% advance payment.
11. **What happens after booking and paying 10% in advance or in full?**
After making your car reservation and payment, our team will contact you via WhatsApp or email a day before your arrival to arrange the pick-up time and location.
