1. **What documents do I need to rent a car?**
You can upload your driver's license and ID/passport through our platform after booking or via WhatsApp to our customer service number.
2. **What is the minimum age requirement to rent a car?**
The minimum age is 18, and you need a minimum of 3+ years of driving experience to proceed without providing a guarantee.
3. **Are there any additional fees or charges apart from the rental cost?**
All additional fees will be transparently listed in the "extras" section, allowing you to select the services you need.
4. **What kind of insurance is included with the rental?**
All cars come with TPL (Third Party Liability) insurance. Additional options for half or full cover are available for cars under 10 years old.
5. **Can I pick up and drop off the car at different locations?**
We offer the option for pick-up and drop-off at different locations, though an extra fee applies based on the distance from the dispatch location.
6. **Is there a mileage limit?**
Most of our fleet has no mileage limit. However, if applicable, there's a limit of 300km per day, with an excess charge of 0.20 euros per km thereafter.
7. **What happens if the car breaks down?**
In case of a breakdown, contact our customer service or the person who delivered the car to you.
8. **Are there any specific requirements for fueling the car before returning it?**
You can choose between "full to full" or "same to same" fuel options, ensuring clarity to avoid misunderstandings.
9. **Can I add an additional driver? Is there an extra cost?**
Additional drivers can be added. Any associated costs will be detailed in the "extra cost" section, varying based on the car type or category.
10. **What is the cancellation policy?**
From May to October, free cancellation is possible three weeks in advance. Otherwise, a cancellation within 10 days of the reservation (outside May to October) will result in a loss of the 10% advance payment.
11. **What happens after booking and paying 10% in advance or in full?**
After making your car reservation and payment, our team will contact you via WhatsApp or email a day before your arrival to arrange the pick-up time and location.

TPL insurance
Third Party Liability Insurance (TPL) covers material damages and injuries that may be caused to third parties as a result of vehicle opration by the vehicle owners and/or operators. Thrugh this mandatory insurance the risk is transferred to EUROSIG sh.a. EUROSIG covers material damages or physical injuries caused by the Insured to third parties, as well as passengers riding in the insured vehicle that causes the damage. Indemnification for these damages is done in accordance with law No. 10076, dated 12.02.2009 “For the Mandatory Insurance in the Transport sector”. The category of the vehicle is no longer entered by the insurance agent. Insead it is automatically selected when the license plate is entered into the system along with other technical details and driver identification data. The TPL Policy is prepared in three copies; the original Policy is issued to the client, one copy is issued to the client only upon their request, since it constitutes a financial invoice, recognized by the General Directorate of Taxation, and the second copy is kept by EUROSIG. Careful! This police enters into force on the date of issue at 24:00.
In caso of incident
The renter is obliged to immediately notify the Police at numbers 126; 112;, 129 and in Kosovo on numbers 192 and 193, after the procedure carried out by the Police, informs rental company on the contact numbers noted in the contract and subsequently delivers a copy of the Police Report to the renter. Damages and Fines In case of offenses with physical consequences to the vehicle, the renter assumes the responsibility to pay expenses, including the time that the vehicle remains out of service due to damage The renter undertakes and makes the following payments in a timely manner: Pays the full value of the fines imposed by the competent bodies and any expenses related to them. If the renter hides the fines, then he is required to pay three times the amount in within a week. In case of refusal, legal proceedings follow based on the terms of the contract. Responsibilities during the rental Period Renter bears full responsibility in case of violations of road traffic rules and for any damage can be caused to the vehicle by the Renter himself or by third parties during the rental period. Renter assumes all civil and criminal responsibilities for all violations, during the period of rental. For issues arising from breach of contract for which a solution cannot be reached first parties, then the parties refer to the competent court. In case of an accident, a copy of the Police Report, a copy of the decision on damages from insurance companies as well as the decision of the Court in cases where the case goes to Court.
