Vendor Terms

Vendor Terms

Version 2026-10-27-v1 · 27 October 2026. These terms govern vendors using See Albania, operated by LinkUp SHPK, NIPT M51830006L. Accept the agreement in your vendor profile using the separate, initially unchecked acceptance box and Save Changes. We record the account, representative, acceptance date, version and agreement text. Publication alone is not acceptance.

Business information and lawful services

The vendor must provide accurate legal name, business and tax registration, contact and service addresses, authorised representative, payout details, service categories, and any licences and insurance required for its activity. The vendor must comply with Albanian law and EU requirements to the extent applicable to its activity and bookings, and keep this information current. Listing on See Albania is not a certification of legal compliance.

Offers and customer contracts

The vendor must supply accurate descriptions, availability, prices, taxes, inclusions, exclusions, accessibility information, safety requirements and cancellation policies before a booking is made. The vendor must honour confirmed bookings and may not impose undisclosed mandatory charges at arrival. Any service contract signed at the meeting point must be consistent with the terms disclosed online and preserve mandatory consumer rights.

Optional full online payment

Full online payment is disabled by default. A vendor may enable it in My Profile by accepting the agreement and selecting Allow customers to choose full online payment for my services. This gives customers a choice; it does not require them to pay in full. Without this opt-in, customers pay only the platform fee online and pay the vendor service price directly at the agreed service point. The vendor may disable future full-payment selections in the same profile. Disabling does not reverse amounts already collected or payment sessions already authorised.

Collection authority, fees and settlement

In the vendor agreement, the vendor authorises See Albania to collect the offered booking payments and administer agreed refunds on its behalf. See Albania adds a customer platform fee of 10% of the vendor service price. Where the entire booking is paid through See Albania, the vendor also pays a 5% administration and transfer fee calculated on the vendor service price. This 5% includes the POK commission; no additional POK commission is deducted separately. For a vendor price of EUR 100, the customer pays EUR 110 and the vendor receives EUR 95.

The vendor's share becomes eligible for payout only after the full customer payment has been received and the booking has passed its saved free-cancellation deadline, subject to documented refunds, payment disputes, valid payout details and applicable law. The authorised account administrator carries out the transfer. The vendor must provide valid payout details. Booking references, gross vendor amounts, the 5% deduction, net transfers and any refunds must be identifiable in settlement records. The 5% full-payment settlement fee does not apply under this clause to a vendor balance paid directly by the customer at the meeting point.

Cancellations, refunds and cooperation

Cancellation within the free-cancellation period requires the full refund described in the customer terms. After that period, the vendor must handle refunds of its share in accordance with the policy accepted before booking, any subsequent customer agreement and mandatory law. Payout does not allow the vendor to refuse a refund that is legally or contractually due. The vendor must cooperate with See Albania, provide relevant evidence and return the corresponding funds where an agreed or legally required refund is administered through the platform. Any settlement adjustment must be documented; a customer may not receive duplicate recovery.

The vendor must promptly notify See Albania of cancellations, inability to perform, material changes and safety issues. The vendor remains responsible for its own service failures and customer remedies. See Albania remains responsible for its own obligations. Neither party may use this allocation to remove mandatory customer rights.

Customer data and separate deposits

Customer information may be used only as necessary to deliver the booking, comply with law and handle associated claims. It must be protected and must not be reused for unrelated marketing without a lawful basis. A separate vendor security deposit must be disclosed before booking and administered by the vendor. See Albania does not provide a POK security hold or pre-authorisation service.

Records and support

The online vendor agreement must identify the vendor and authorised representative, agreed services, pricing and cancellation policies, payout account, accepted fee structure, version and date of acceptance. Vendor support: support@see-albania.com. Changes to vendor commercial terms require the applicable notice and agreement process and do not retrospectively alter existing customer bookings.
